Dr. Andres Borquez
Andrés Bórquez is a Professor at the Institute of International Studies (IEI) at the University of Chile and a Pacific intellectual whose work focuses on Latin America's strategic role in the Pacific Rim and Chile's foreign policy toward the Asia-Pacific and Indo-Pacific. He holds a PhD in International Politics from Fudan University and a Master's degree in Social Studies from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
